Accordingly, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply to our supplies. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by using it. Descriptions of our services, along with any rates, capacities, lead times and service levels, are indicative and are confirmed only in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to a survey of the product profile, available capacity and satisfactory checks. Services begin only once a services agreement is signed and any agreed deposit or security has been received.
