1. Our commitment

Meadowkind Ltd wants as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Although we are a private business and not subject to the public-sector accessibility regulations, we treat digital accessibility as part of our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. We have designed and built this website to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we have done

Text and interface components are designed to meet or exceed the contrast ratios expected at level AA against their backgrounds.
All functionality, including the navigation menu, cookie controls and enquiry form, can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the keyboard focus indicator is always visible.
Content is structured with semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order so that screen readers can navigate it predictably.
Form fields have persistent visible labels, clear error messages that are announced to assistive technology, and helpful autocomplete attributes.
Text can be resized to 200 per cent without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows to a 320-pixel-wide viewport without horizontal scrolling.
Interactive targets meet the minimum target size expected at WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Motion is limited and is switched off automatically for visitors whose devices request reduced motion.

3. Known limitations

We are not currently aware of any barriers that prevent users from accessing content or completing tasks on this website. The site has been assessed using automated tools and manual testing including keyboard navigation, screen reader pattern review, text resizing and contrast measurement. We have not yet conducted testing with disabled users directly, and we will update this statement if any barriers are identified.

6. How we tested this website

This website was assessed for alignment with WCAG 2.2 level AA using a combination of automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard navigation, text resizing to 200 per cent, layout reflow, contrast measurement and interactive target sizing. This statement was prepared on 30 August 2026 and is based on self-assessment carried out by Meadowkind development team. We review it at least once a year, and whenever the website changes significantly. It was last reviewed on 30 August 2026.
