Marketplace trading
Listing standards, prep requirements, account health, repricing behaviour and category dynamics on the major UK platforms.
The company
Most brands do not need another supplier. They need one counterparty that will hold the stock, sell it properly and tell them the truth about what happened.
Mission
Traditional supply chains split responsibility. A logistics provider stores the goods, an agency writes the listings, a distributor takes a cut, and when performance disappoints each one points at the others. Nobody carries the outcome.
Meadowkind Ltd was formed to close that gap. We hold stock in our own fulfilment operation, we list and price it on the channels where it sells, and we account for the result under one agreement. When something goes wrong there is exactly one company to call.
We work only with businesses, we contract in writing, and we would rather decline a line we cannot sell profitably than take it on and disappoint you two quarters later.
Expertise
We are specialists, not generalists. These are the areas where we can add genuine commercial value.
Listing standards, prep requirements, account health, repricing behaviour and category dynamics on the major UK platforms.
Goods-in accuracy, location discipline, pick integrity, packaging economics and returns processing at consumer-goods scale.
Trade pricing, terms, MOQ structures and channel policy that hold up once volume and discounting pressure arrive.
Attribute structure, imagery standards and structured data that make listings eligible for enhanced search results.
Product labelling, UKCA and CE positions, and data-protection obligations treated as prerequisites rather than paperwork.
Contribution per SKU after channel fees, carriage and returns — the number that actually determines whether a line is worth stocking.
How we operate
If a product will not work in our channels, you hear it at the first review, not after you have shipped a container.
Every charge is itemised. If you cannot see where a cost comes from, we have not explained it well enough.
Inventory figures are counted, not inferred. Discrepancies are reported when we find them, not when you do.
Terms, service levels and responsibilities live in a signed agreement, which protects both sides when circumstances change.
Meadowkind Ltd supplies services to businesses only. Content on this page describes our general approach and does not form part of any contract. Contractual obligations arise solely under a signed services agreement governed by the laws of England and Wales.
