Pallet and shelf storage
Racked pallet positions for bulk, shelf and bin locations for fast-moving lines, with location-level tracking and batch or expiry separation where the product requires it.
Pick, pack and despatch
Scanned picking, protective packing to an agreed specification, and same-day despatch on orders received before the daily cut-off, subject to stock availability.
Marketplace preparation
Polybagging, barcode and FNSKU labelling, bundling, multipack creation, carton labelling and booking stock into marketplace fulfilment centres.
Carrier management
Parcel, pallet and freight bookings on negotiated rates, tracking pushed back to your systems, and claims handled on your behalf where carriage is arranged by us.
Returns and grading
Receipt, inspection and grading of returns into resaleable, refurbishable or written-off, with photographic evidence on disputed items and monthly returns analysis.

Who this service fits
Our fulfilment operation is built for physical consumer goods with predictable handling characteristics: household and homeware, health and beauty, packaged consumables, small electricals, pet, stationery, toys and general merchandise.
We are a poor fit for temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals, live goods, hazardous classifications outside our licence, and items requiring specialist bonded storage. If your product falls outside our capability we will say so at the first review rather than after you have shipped.

3PL fulfilment questions
Do you fulfil both B2B and B2C orders?
Yes. We handle pallet-out and carton-out deliveries to retailers and distributors as well as single-unit parcel despatch to end customers on behalf of our brand partners.
How is 3PL fulfilment priced?
Pricing is itemised: storage by pallet or shelf location per week, a goods-in handling charge, a pick fee for the first item and a lower fee for each additional item, packaging at cost plus handling, and carriage at the agreed carrier rate. Everything is set out in a written rate card.
Can you prepare stock for marketplace fulfilment centres?
Yes. We carry out prep work including polybagging, barcode and FNSKU labelling, bundling, carton labelling and booking stock into marketplace fulfilment centres.
Who is responsible for stock while it is in your care?
Responsibility and insurance positions are defined in the services agreement. Stock is held under our standard warehousing terms, and clients are asked to confirm their own goods-in-transit and stock cover before intake.
What reporting do I receive?
Scheduled stock-on-hand, despatch, ageing and returns reporting, plus ad hoc counts on request. Reporting frequency is agreed at onboarding.
